White Point Gardens is 5.7 acre park located at the tip of the Charleston Peninsula where the Ashley and Cooper rivers join to form Charleston Harbor.
The park is filled with live oak trees, benches, cannon reproductions, some statues and a gazebo that is used for weddings, etc. During the Spring months, birds nest in the trees.
The Battery is easily accessed from the the garden. The Battery is the defensive sea wall that surrounds the area. A wide sidewalk circles with the wall.
